Dr. Salem received her Medical Degree from Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, India in 1993. She completed her first 2 years of pediatric residency in New York, and her third year at University of Texas HSC, El Paso where she received her "Resident of the Year" award.
Later, Dr. Salem practiced in Athens, TX, providing comprehensive pediatric care and moved to Plano in 2001. She worked as a locum physician, gaining diverse experiences in many practices across DFW before establishing her own practice "Kiddie Docs" in 2004.
Dr. Salem is married to her husband since 1995, and has two sons, Sanjay and Surya. Being a mom, she understands the importance of taking care of your child's well-being and is committed to helping you in this endeavor.
Dr. Salem is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has completed her MBA in Healthcare Management from University of Texas at Dallas.

Adriane has been the nurse practitioner at Craig Ranch Pediatrics since 2010. Nurse practitioners are registered nurses who have completed extensive additional education, training, and have a dramatically expanded scope of practice over the traditional RN role. Nurse Practitioners treat both physical and mental conditions through comprehensive history taking, physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. NPs can then diagnose the disease and then provide appropriate treatment for the patients, including prescribing medications. NPs make prevention, wellness, and patient education priorities.
Adriane grew up in Garland, TX and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Baylor University. She worked as a neonatal intensive care nurse until she returned to school to become a pediatric nurse practitioner. Adriane graduated in 2009 from Texas Woman’s University with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. Adriane is an active member of her church where she volunteers in missions and participates in a bible study. She is married and has two boys, Alex and Ben. Adriane spends her free time scrapbooking and reading books nominated by her book club.
Shelly DeLisle CPNP

Shelly has over 10 years experience taking care of critically ill patients age newborn to 21 years old in a cardiac ICU setting at Children's Health, Dallas. She assisted cardiothoracic surgeons and physicians with procedures such as the placement of patients on to ECMO, endotracheal intubation, central line placement and chest tube insertion.
Shelly is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science from UT Arlington. In addition, Shelly is also certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). She has completed extensive clinical practice hours at Arlington Pediatrics, Children's Health Pediatric Group, John Peter Smith (JPS) Health Center as well. She is a huge advocate for natural ways of healing. With her vast experience in clinical and parental support she is well suited to take care of all your children's health needs.
Rashmi Krishnappa completed her training in Clinical Medical Assistant from Collin County Community College in August 2012. She also owns a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Karnataka University, India.
Rashmi has a deep interest in pediatric care and she has combined her passion for pediatric care with her background in Biological Sciences to offer the best possible care for children in the North Dallas area.
She lives with her husband Prithvi and two daughters Aanvi and Anya in West Plano.
Melissa has been with Craig Ranch Pediatrics since 2008. Before coming to Craig Ranch Pediatrics, she worked in child care for 8 years, so she has a lot of experience with children.
Melissa is our referral and insurance coordinator and also helps families by making appointments. She has lived in Texas her whole life, is married to her husband Galen and has one daughter, Bella.
In her free time she enjoys being with family, attending church and Pinterest!
Olimpia enjoys caring for children and is always willing to help the parents in any way she can. She is a our medical office assistant helping families with Vaccine Administration and vitals. She also helps with appointments and general office duties.
