As you may know, Dr.Salem has retired from Craig Ranch Pediatrics and hence is not associated with Craig Ranch Pediatrics or Pediatrica Health care.

Her new practice "Natural Care MD" is an entirely different practice offering only Functional and Holistic Medicine expertise and guidance. Functional Medicine focuses on chronic illness which is different from the annual well visits and sick visits in a doctor's office.

If you have already consulted with Dr.Salem at Craig Ranch Pediatrics, we will consider you an existing patient, even though you will be consulting for the first time through our new practice. Please note that we do not have access to any of your child’s records from Craig Ranch Pediatrics unless you sign a release of records form that can be sent over.

Here is an overview of the process:

Complete and sign all the forms provided (we need to have the HIPAA disclosure and other forms in our system)
Schedule a consultation (tele-health)
During consultation, discuss health history, progress since the previous visit, any new issues and any additional labs if needed
Discuss treatment options
Follow up as needed

The Follow up appointment is usually scheduled for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Price and Payment Option: We do not accept any Commercial insurance, Medicare or Medicaid at this time. We have a discounted price of $175 for a limited time (special link will be sent). Pre-payment is required prior to consultation. This does not include the cost of the Lab tests or supplements.

You will also have access to our online portal wherein you will be able to manage all your information including forms, labs, medical records and communication. You will also have the ability to download our app and manage the same via a mobile device.
