As you may know, Dr. Salem has retired from Craig Ranch Pediatrics and is no longer associated with Craig Ranch Pediatrics or Pediatrica Health Care.

Her new practice, Natural Care MD, is a completely independent practice dedicated to Functional and Holistic Medicine. This approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic health issues — and is different from traditional pediatric visits such as annual checkups or sick visits.

For Our Existing Patients

If you’ve previously seen Dr. Salem at Craig Ranch Pediatrics/Pediatrica, you’ll be considered an existing patient — even though this will be your first visit with us at Natural Care MD.

Please note that we do not have access to your or your child’s medical records from Craig Ranch Pediatrics. If you’d like us to review those records, please obtain the same by completing a Release of Records Form on their website here.

Your Next Steps

Complete and sign all required forms(including HIPAA and consent forms) so we can set up your account.
Consultation Review – Dr. Salem personally reviews your information before your follow up visit.
Follow up Consultation (30–45 minutes, via Telehealth) – Together, you’ll review your health history and outline a personalized care timeline.
Lab Testing (as recommended) – Any necessary labs that will help uncover underlying issues.
Lab Review & Treatment Planning – Once lab results are available, Dr. Salem will meet with you via Telehealth to discuss a tailored plan that may include nutrition, exercise, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
Ongoing Support – You’ll receive continued follow-ups and secure messaging through our HIPAA-compliant patient portal, depending on your individual needs.

Pricing & Payment

We currently do not accept Commercial Health Insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.

Our 3-month Functional Medicine Healing Journey for existing patients is $350, which includes consultations and ongoing messaging support.

Payment is required prior to your consultation.

Please note that lab tests and supplements are billed separately.

Patient Portal Access

You’ll have full access to our online patient portal, where you can securely manage forms, lab results, medical records, and communication. You can also use our mobile app for convenient access anytime.
